Job Description
  • Acting as ‘front of house’ for the business, answering the phone, dealing with and allocating to the relevant team member all new enquiries and external communications.
  • Attend client meetings and take detailed notes on the project in question. Implement necessary actions and tasks to the team following a consultation.
  • Manage the Google Calendar, input projects deadlines, shoots, meetings etc.
  • General housekeeping i.e., organising the Google Drive, archiving, maintaining / tidying company software’s etc.
  • Manage the team email inbox – allocating emails to the relevant department and ensuring quick response times.
  • Act as project manager for multiple projects within the studio. Use our company software’s to allocate tasks, track project development, communicate with clients and ensure the customer journey is maintained and regularly improved upon.
  • Be on the lookout for and implement new internal processes to improve our customer service and the customer journey.
  • Research and implement software automations to improve time management and productivity within the business.
  • Keep track of company equipment, create, and regularly update an inventory of equipment.
  • Collaborate with the Company Director on different internal projects, such as assisting with organising team social events, keeping on top of the office/studio space and other ad-hoc tasks.
Job Requirements
  • Previous administrative experience essential.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Previous knowledge working with / managing CRM systems would be beneficial.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a creative sensibility.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – an effective communicator both verbal and written
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Highly organised and self-motivated
  • Time and project management skills essential
  • A problem solver with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Comfortable working independently

Job Description
  • Manage an efficient process of project management, from brief to delivery, with regular and appropriate client and internal team comms to ensure client needs are met.
  • Establish and maintain responsive, collaborative, and productive relationships with clients.
  • Create and implement detailed social / digital marketing strategies across a variety of clients.
  • Presenting (verbally and in writing) strategies and recommendations effectively, logically, and concisely.
  • Take responsibility for allocated clients and projects, ensuring campaign objectives are fully understood and executed.
  • Facilitate and contribute to internal creative team brainstorms.
  • Where the brief requires, vocalise, organise and internally delegate ideas for photo / video shoots on behalf of the client.
  • Create engaging visuals / templates that sit within the wider strategy, reflecting the client and their brand. Maintain and ensure consistency throughout all client marketing collateral.
  • Create informative social media / marketing reports and consistently think of new ways to improve/diversify a clients marketing strategy.
  • Weekly scheduling content and monitoring outputs on client social channels.
  • Work alongside the creative team to assist in creating video / photography concepts for the wider Skip50 clientele.
  • Manage and take full responsibility for your workload, deadlines and project timelines, whilst communicating with colleagues, particularly the Studio Manager.
Job Requirements
  • Degree educated (preferably in marketing related studies)
  • Have previous experience of account management, particularly within an agency environment (not essential).
  • Extensive knowledge of key social platforms alongside a keen interest in current social media trends / tools.
  • Knowledge & experience in uploading and scheduling content
  • Graphic Design skills highly desired.
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics and other social platform insights.
  • Capable and creative content writer with the ability to adapt to a variety of clients / industries (long and short form content)
  • Familiar & competent within Adobe Creative Suite and other such programs such as Canva.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a creative sensibility.
  • Strong communicator and project management skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • A problem solver with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Comfortable working independently
