For Koziwarm, it started in 2014 with a team of just 1 and a simple mission; to build a business that would shake up the plumbing and heating industry with customers at the core of everything they do. Boy has Koziwarm done just that! 8 years on and that tiny team of 1 has turned into an impressive 18 which not only boasts a wealth of experience but now includes highly skilled electricians and commercial fitters. The ethos at Koziwarm still remains the same – 5 star customer service, no matter the job. No jargon – Not. One. Bit… and team work, truly does make the dream work!
HOW DID WE CONNECT?
From old networking companions to partners in content! Koziwarm’s Managing Director, Terry and Skip50’s Sophie have know each other for years. In early 2021, after incredible, consistent business growth, the team decided to step up their online presence and got in-touch to brainstorm ideas… now look at us!
WHAT DID WE DO?
As per our marketing plan crafted together from the offset, we have produced a series of videos, blog items, team headshots and lifestyle photography that celebrates the businesses incredible customer service and expertise.
We also manage their social platforms – Our favourite part of the subscription, as quite frankly, they make it so easy for us to celebrate their achievements! Already in 2022, they have launched Koziwarm Mechanical, completed multiple large scale commercial refurbishments in London and assisted homeowners across the whole of East Anglia!
