Start a new fashion brand in the middle of the largest global pandemic and subsequent economic fallout… what could be difficult about that? Apart from deserving some form of bravery award or possibly having ‘men in white coats’ come to take them away, they’ve done it because Custom House are incredibly passionate about their products. After years of making caps for other brands, the Custom House team decided that rather than pull back on quality for the sake of profit they’d simply make caps that are ‘better’!
HOW DID WE CONNECT?
Through a mutual agency contact, Custom House were introduced to us and in need of a lot of imagery for their launch!
With a requirement for both e-commerce and lifestyle imagery for their new product brand, the project would involve numerous shoots both on-location and in the Skip50 studio…
WHAT DID WE DO?
The project was essentially split into two, one half focussed on e-commerce and studio photography, with the other half focussed on lifestyle imagery.
We spent a full day shooting in Central London with a selection of models, creating edgy, punchy and dynamic lifestyle images for the Custom House team. With an urban feel the shoot focussed on quirky London backdrops and plenty of swag!
In the studio, we created a selection of ecommerce images to show the products at every angle and in their best light. We also created bespoke sets to create a selection of hero images of individual caps and the ranges.
